- Based on the portrait painted by Pacheco when Catalina de Erauso was 52 years old. Born in San Sebastián in 1592, her parents placed her in the convent located in Antiguo that she escaped from after an argument in 1607. Dressed as a man, she acquired prestige as a soldier and died in Mexico in 1650
